Bentonite Clay FAIL once again....
This past weekend I built up the courage to try Bentonite Clay again after past failed attempts. I can't tell you guys how many times I tried this stuff and it just got on my last nervous. It's not that it doesn't work because it does, it's just the part about rinsing it out that drives me insane. This time I tried stirring for a longer time to reduce the clumps. BUT still there was a problem with getting it out of my hair. Not to mention the amount of water I wasted :( To concluded this post I willl never be using it ever ever ever again no matter how well it defined my curls! However I will continue to use it on my face because IT'S GREAT for reducing pimples and removing the dirt.

I'm super late but do you do the treatment with a plastic cap on your hair? I realized that it isn't necessary to put it on and let it dry out. I find that it still defines and cleans if you dont let it get hard and dry. Washes out a lot better that way. Also how do you mix it? I mix mine with water AND Apple cider vinegar. Totally clump free that way.
okay thank you. i always let mine dry. i'll give it one more try because you said that =)
I add oils to my mix. It makes it slippery and easy to get out. I also do not let mine dry. All the best.
